❓ Q.2 (Set-A) | Consumer Protection Act
"As per the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, what are one-sided agreements?"
❌ BCI Answer Key: (C) Unfair trade practices
✅ Objection Type: ALL OPTIONS ARE INCORRECT / ERROR IN OPTIONS
⚖️ Reason / Reference to paste:
Under Section 2(46) of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, agreements with one-sided or unreasonable terms that cause a significant change in the rights of a consumer are explicitly defined as "Unfair Contracts". "Unfair Trade Practices" is an entirely different concept defined separately under Section 2(47). Since "Unfair Contract" is not provided in the options, the question is legally flawed and should be dropped/grace marks must be awarded.

❓ Q.59 (Set-A) | Transfer of Property Act
"A, aged 80 years, executes a registered deed transferring a parcel of land to a trust with the conditions that, 'The property shall be used forever for maintaining a public library and reading room...' Which of the following statements is most accurate in law?"
❌ BCI Answer Key: (C)
✅ Objection Type: OPTION (D) IS THE CORRECT ANSWER
⚖️ Reason / Reference to paste:
The official answer key violates Section 18 of the Transfer of Property Act, 1882. Section 18 explicitly exempts transfers for the benefit of the public (such as the advancement of knowledge/public library) from the restrictions of Section 17 (Direction for Accumulation). Therefore, the 50-year accumulation clause for a public library is entirely valid, making Option (D) the most accurate statement of law, not Option (C).

❓ Q.60 (Set-A) | Uttarakhand UCC
"Under the Uniform Civil Code Rules Uttarakhand, 2025, when is an application for declaration of legal heir(s) forwarded to the Registrar General?"
❌ BCI Answer Key: (C)
✅ Objection Type: OUT OF SYLLABUS
⚖️ Reason / Reference to paste:
This question is strictly out of the prescribed syllabus for AIBE-XXI. The question explicitly asks about the provisions of the Uniform Civil Code Rules Uttarakhand, 2025, which is a state-specific local legislation. The official AIBE syllabus focuses strictly on Central Acts under 'Family Law' and does not mandate the study of newly enacted, state-specific rules. Testing candidates on local state laws is completely outside the scope of the All India Bar Examination. Requesting the authority to drop this question and award grace marks.

❓ Q.76 (Set-A) | Indian Contract Act
"X takes a loan of ₹ 10,00,000 from Bank A. Y signs a contract as surety, promising to pay the bank if X defaults. After 3 months, Bank A agrees to reduce the interest rate and extends the repayment period by 6 months without informing Y..."
❌ BCI Answer Key: (A) Y is partially discharged...
✅ Objection Type: OPTION (C) IS THE CORRECT ANSWER
⚖️ Reason / Reference to paste:
The official answer key contradicts the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Under Section 133, any variance made in the terms of the contract without the surety's consent completely discharges the surety as to subsequent transactions. Furthermore, Section 135 states that a contract by the creditor to give time to the principal debtor fully discharges the surety. Therefore, Y is fully discharged, not "partially", making Option (C) the legally correct answer.
